It is possible that you are not satisfied with your product, and you want to return the product. Then you can send the product to our address in the Netherlands.
We kindly request you to use the return form for this. This is possible within 14 days after receiving your product.

So gonot return products on your own initiative to an address that you have found on the internet. Incorrectly returned returns unfortunately cannot be processed.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies to:
1. Sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products can no longer be returned.
2. Hygiene products. This includes slimming vests, hair dye, skin creams, lingerie and massage devices.. Such products are not covered by the return policy regarding hygiene. These products cannot be returned , and will therefore not be processed in the event of a return.
3. Products with damage due to demonstrably careless use.
If you wish to return the purchase, the product will including all accessories supplied, undamaged and in the original condition and packaging must be returned to us. Damaged or visibly used goods will not be accepted. You can use the return form to invoke your right of withdrawal.

Go to a PostNL branch and send your package. The costs of this are for your own account.
